Security Guarantee

CCO Mortgage Corp. is committed to providing a secure environment for online communication and commerce.

Online Loan Application Security

When you fill out an application online, your personal information will be scrambled using SSL encryption technology before being sent over the Internet. This makes it virtually impossible for your information to be stolen or intercepted while being transferred through cyberspace. When we receive your application, it is stored in a secure location until we're ready to process it.

The CCOMortgage.com Web site uses the highest standard of encryption technology to create a secure environment for the transfer of sensitive information between your browser and our secured server. Our security employs Secured Socket Layers (SSL) and a 128-bit encryption key. You must have an SSL-enabled browser to take advantage of this. If you are concerned about the safety of transmitting data to us, you can always call us toll-free at 1-800-288-5569 (home financing and refinancing) or at 1-866-612-6204 (home equity lines of credit). We'd be happy to take your application by phone. However, of the hundreds of applications we receive over the Internet every month, we have never had a customer complain that their data was illegally intercepted.

You will find additional information about Web browsers and our certificates of security at the bottom of this page.

Current Customer Data Security

If you are a current customer of CCO Mortgage Corp., your account information is maintained on a separate server that is removed from the Internet and protected from intrusion by a firewall. While you are viewing your account information via the Web site, it is presented to you using Secured Socket Layers (SSL) and a 128-bit encryption key. You must have an SSL-enabled browser to take advantage of this.
